I got a stock M22 (2.20 first) replacement set (warning, they use back cut synchro teeth) along with their mainshaft and torque lock sliders (with back cut synchro teeth to match the gear set). Its in a stock 69 muncie case. With my 3.42 rear and 27" tires it holds up fine against 675 lbft and 670 hp. I massaged them in for 500 miles.

I have a 68 Camaro with the original L48 (engine pad # matching Protect o Plate number), mated with a transmission that I was told is a Muncie M22. The transmission also has the right VIN stamped on it and the # matching the Protect O Plate so I know is the original that came with the car. The transmission whines line an M22 and is close ratio.
